Arden-Arcade (serving greater Sacramento Area)
Citrus Heights (serving greater Sacramento Area)
At our Citrus Heights location, we provide curated Behavior Management Plans for all clients
Living Services:
Independent Living Skills (ILS) (serving Bay Area)
Supported Living Services (SLS) (serving Bay Area)

The mission of Pathway To Choices is to provide adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and/or concurrent mental illnesses with a stimulating and individualized program that will expand upon and strengthen their base of knowledge and competence for active and effective participation in a broad range of activities that they find meaningful.
