About Us

Pathway To Choices is a day program for adults with developmental disabilities.

We have locations in Pinole serving the Bay Area as well as Citrus Heights and Arden-Arcade serving the Sacramento area.

We serve clients of the Alta California Regional Center and the Regional Center of the East Bay.

Our location in Pinole provides Independent Living Skills (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS).

At our Citrus Heights location, we provide curated Behavior Management Plans for all clients.

Mission Statement

The mission of Pathway To Choices is to provide adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and/or concurrent mental illnesses with a stimulating and individualized program that will expand upon and strengthen their base of knowledge and competence for active and effective participation in a broad range of activities that they find meaningful. At PTC, we strive to get to know our clients on a personal level and go the extra mile to make them feel special.
